Should our warehouse report that your item is out of stock, you will be contacted via e-mail with the option to wait for the back-ordered product to arrive to our warehouse for shipment or you will simply be issued a full refund.
You will receive a tracking number once our warehouse team has shipped out your order. This is usually within two to four business days under normal circumstances.
For example, if you place an order on Friday or during the weekend, our warehouse team will have your order shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday (non holidays).
